Put rack of ribs on individual foils, season with lemon juice, olive oil and dried oregano - seal foil completely.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 1 hour. Let cool completely.
Baste ribs on both sides with oyster sauce. Grill on BBQ until crispy.
Cut ribs between the bone, put in large bowl and toss and coat with oyster sauce and lemon juice, as much or as little as you want for taste.
Serve with a Greek salad.
