Fried Perch Fillets with Mashed Potatoes

Fried perch fillets with mashed potatoes

Preparation and Cooking time: 1 hour

Serves 2

You will need

500 g perch fillets (4 to 6 per person depending on the size of fillets)

Butter

Salt

White pepper


Floury potatoes

Salt

Butter

Dill

Recipe

Season the perch fillets with salt and white pepper

Stack them on topo of each other in two piles

Wrap the piles tightly in a plastic wrap

Heat the owen to 75 C

Put the packages in an owen pan

Bake them in the owen until the inner temperature is 43 C

Remove the plastic wrap

Fry the perch piles in a pan in plenty of butter


Peel the potatoes

Cook them in salty water

Smash the potatoes

Add butter and dill


Notes:

Enjoy with a glass (or two) of good dry white.
