Baileys Chocolate Chip Cookies

You will need

125 ml or ½ cup Butter
250 ml or 1 cup brown sugar
250 ml or 1 cup white sugar
3 small eggs
15 ml or 1 tsp Vanilla extract
600 ml or around 2 1/2 cups flour ( slightly less in cups )
30 ml or 2 tsp baileys Irish cream
15 ml or 1 tsp baking powder
8 ml or ½ tsp baking soda
•1 package of Baileys chocolate chips 125

Recipe

- Pre-Heat Oven to 375 F or 190 C
- Mix dry ingredients
- Mix in wet ingredients adding eggs last
- Use electric mixer to mix dough and then mix with large wooden spoon
-Add in baily chocolate chips mis evenly in dough
- Grease cookie sheet with butter or oil and cover with thin layer of flour to prevent sticking Scoop dough in small balls about 5 grams ( little less than table soon )
- Put on cookie sheet with maximum 12-15 balls spaced on sheet
- Bake 12-15 mins
- Cool
